What is it that Lions Do ??

El Paso Mountain Lions are dedicated Men and Women who belong to the World's Largest Service Clubs with over 1,400,000 Members World Wide.

We Live under the Motto "WE SERVE". Each Lion is a member of a home club. You must be invited to become a member.

There are 14 Clubs in El Paso. Each Club has a President and a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors decides on the business issues of the Club. These Clubs meet at different times. Some meet weekly, and some meet twice a month. Each Club sets its own initiation FEE and monthly DUES. The El Paso Mountain Lions meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month at the Transmountain Community Center, 5317 Transmountain Road.

There are No Paid Members and All Profit Derived from various Fund Raising Projects Must Go Back to the Public. Each Club decides how much and where the Funds Go. Each Club is a member of a District. A few of the cities our District 2-T3 includes Alpine, El Paso, Odessa, Pecos, Kermit, Van Horn, Fort Stockton, Andrews, Crane and Wink Texas.

Lions are known as "Knights of the Blind". Millions of Dollars are expended around the World Annually for Vision Related Problems, Eye Glasses, Corneal Transplants, Diabetic Related Problems, Etc.
